Mondays: Energy Bowls

I normally prepare dinner skinless rooster thighs and breasts in my Instantaneous Pot with coconut milk and spices (simple to shred) or roast salmon, drizzled with olive oil, spice rub, salt (we all the time have a stash of untamed salmon from Alaska in our freezer). In a pinch Monday Energy Bowls are meatless and easy…topped with a fried egg, black beans and guacamole. When I’ve time on Sundays to meal prep, I’ll make a do-it-yourself sauce for bowls.

Tuesdays: Pasta Evening

I make my simple Bolognese sauce with pasta and/or zucchini or squash noodles almost each week. Pasta is our children’ favourite meals. Turkey Trot Meatballs (recipe in Run Quick. Cook dinner Quick. Eat Gradual.) are a bit extra time-consuming, however one other reliable recipe that I do know my youngsters will each eat.

Wednesdays: Leftovers!!

Varies: date night time, takeout, or a fancier meal shared with buddies. Or after a ski day with the youngsters: Breakfast for Dinner with recipes from #RiseandRun. When the climate is dangerous and we’re within the temper for a PJ get together, you’ll be able to’t actually beat waffles (and breakfast sausage or bacon…don’t decide!) for dinner!
